Every event gets a unique QR code for guest registration. Print it on branded QR cards, place it at the venue, or share it digitally. Guests scan the code, verify their phone number with an OTP, and take a quick selfie — no app or account required.

After the shoot, upload hundreds or thousands of photos directly from your browser to secure cloud storage. AlbumIQ automatically creates web-optimized images and thumbnails so client and guest galleries load quickly.
Run AI face recognition
Start AI face matching for the event. AlbumIQ compares each registered guest selfie with your uploaded photos and automatically creates private guest galleries containing only the photos each person appears in.
Review and correct AI matches
Before publishing galleries, review low-confidence matches and correct anything that needs attention. Confirm, reject, move, merge duplicate guests, or split incorrect groups so every guest receives the right photos.
Let clients select and approve their album
Clients receive a private gallery where they can favorite photos, leave comments, and submit album selections. AlbumIQ tracks the approval workflow from selection and studio review to revisions, album design, and final delivery.
Deliver private galleries automatically
When AI matching is complete, AlbumIQ automatically notifies guests and clients that their photos are ready. Guests can view, favorite, download, or bulk-download their matched photos, while clients can access original-quality downloads on paid events.
